Position Title: Information Assurance Security Specialist, Master for Cyber Security Support Embedded

Clearance Requirements: Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret and favorably adjudicated SSBI.

Position Description:

We are seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert specializing in Information Assurance and Cyber Security support critical Naval Air Systems Command programs by providing Cyber Security embedded services to include Compliance & Assessment, Computer Network Defense, and Information Systems Security Management Services.

 

·         Oversee a medium to large-sized team of a growing multi-year contract.

·         Report and effectively communicate all program-related needs to Program Manager and Agile Defense leadership

·         Provide timely, technically accurate and efficient Cyber Security services employed to support program objectives to comply with the DON and DOD and FISMA, Cyber Security and other national-level mandated policies in accordance with specific program milestones as communicated by the customer representative and/or Program Management Office (PMO).

·         Ensure task alignment based on PMO milestone requirements.

·         Provide full life cycle Cyber Security services within Government assigned programs for all DOD/DON/NAVAIR Cyber Security services and processes to ensure effectiveness of the Cyber Security program(s), to include Compliance & Assessment (ISSO, ISSE, and Validator), Computer Network Defense, and Information Systems Security Management services.

·         Ensure and develop a detailed Cyber Security Program Plan based on detailed analysis of program mission. The Cyber Security Program Plan shall consist of a summary of the program system-of-systems architecture, relevant threats and vulnerabilities, associated cyber security strategy and a detailed list of Cyber Security tasks and deliverables for each product within the assigned program office portfolio relevant to program milestones.

 

Experience, Education, and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience

Security+, CISSP (preferred)

 

Must have working knowledge of the following tools:

·         Microsoft Office Products

·         Assured Compliance Assessment System (ACAS)

·         DISA STIG Viewer

·         Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)

·         Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM)

Position Title: Information Assurance Security Specialist, Master for Computer Network Defense (CND)

Clearance Requirements: Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret and favorably adjudicated SSBI.

Position Description:

We are seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert specializing in Information Assurance and Cyber Security to oversee a team to provide Computer Network Defense (CND) support services for NAVAIR networks under the 7.2.6 Division’s purview.

 

·         Oversee a medium to large-sized team of a growing multi-year contract.

·         Report and effectively communicate all program-related needs to Program Manager and Agile Defense leadership

·         Perform lifecycle management of Computer Network Defense tools needed to sustain a robust cyber security management program and associated network defenses for NAVAIR networks. This includes system administration, analysis, design, implementation, and operation.

·         Present technical and analytical options for improvements to current Computer Network Defense and overarching network operations.

·         Provide input to biweekly reports detailing latest incidents, threats, vulnerabilities and countermeasures, as well as provide insight into industry trends and identify alternate approaches for future direction of the program.

·         Implement and enforce CND policies and procedures.

·         Develop and publish CND guidance

·         Perform threat or target analysis of CND information

·         Interface with external organizations

·         Lead risk analysis and management activities for network or enclave environment.

·         Defend against cyber attacks using a variety of CND tools (including intrusion detection system logs, firewall and network traffic logs, and host system logs).

·         Perform minor and major incident remediation in accordance with NAVAIR incident response processes.

·         Perform ad-hoc requests for cyber defensive/offensive analysis to include, but is not limited to directed scans, annual validation activities, and Developmental Information Assurance Vulnerability Evaluation

Position Title: Information Assurance Security Specialist, Master for Compliance and Assessment (C&A)

Clearance Requirements: Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret and favorably adjudicated SSBI.

Position Description:

We are seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert specializing in Information Assurance and Cyber Security to oversee a team delivering risk assessment analysis (Compliance & Assessment) under the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division 7.2.6's purview.

 

·         Oversee a medium to large-sized team of a growing multi-year contract.

·         Report and effectively communicate all program-related needs to Program Manager and Agile Defense leadership

·         Responsible for maintaining requisite project plans for all C&A activities within NAWCAD 7.2.6 purview (to include systems, applications, networks, and circuits)

·         Maintain status of C&A packages in requisite tools including DOD eMASS, NAVAIR NCAPP or other Government mandated tracking tools

·         Perform ISSO, ISSE, and validator roles as required by assigned tasking

·         Acknowledge and resolve assignments routed through the ticketing system

·         Develop RMF or DIACAP accreditation packages and associated artifacts. Activities may include the design, hardening, patching, and configuration of said systems, including implementation and documentation of IAVM, CTO, and STIG compliance.

·         Perform a risk assessment of that data based on DOD Compliance instructions & directives. Escalate risk/issues to the Government throughout the project in accordance with a defined C&A tollgate process.

·         Conduct annual validation for each TOE in accordance with DOD and DON policy
